Built for Heavy Engineering

Engineering capability is more than a list of services. It depends on the space, machinery, material handling, technical coordination and skilled personnel available to execute work safely and efficiently.

PSS Engineering operates from a substantial fabrication facility in Bulawayo, supported by drawing office services, heavy fabrication equipment, machining capability and material-handling infrastructure.

How Drawings Become Deliverables

Integrated Drawing Office & Fabrication Workflow

Our drawing office works alongside fabrication operations and CNC equipment to support the transfer of technical information from drawings to production. This integration helps reduce avoidable programming errors, improves coordination and supports consistent fabrication planning.

Technical Review

Review drawings, specifications, quantities and project requirements.

Detailing & Production Planning

Prepare fabrication drawings, cutting lists, material requirements and production plans.

Material Preparation

Cut, form, machine and prepare materials for fabrication.

Fabrication & Machining

Fabricate, weld, machine and assemble components using specialised equipment and production processes.

Quality Inspection & Testing

Inspect dimensions, welds, assemblies and finished components to ensure compliance with specifications and quality requirements.

Delivery & Installation

Coordinate delivery, site installation and commissioning according to the agreed project scope.

Our Team
